We offer a variety of different surveys which can be tailored to individual needs, these include:
RESIDENTIAL SURVEYS
Condensation Survey
• A specific test to identify if condensation is occurring at the time of visit.
Leak inspection survey
• A proactive inspection to identify IF any problems are occurring at the time of visit.
Leak detection survey
• A reactive survey when you want us to find the source of an EXISTING problem
Leak detection survey (including gas)
• As above, including the use of a specialist testing gas on pipework or ceiling voids
Trace & access
• You want us to find and expose the problem
Trace, access and repair
• You want us to find, expose and than repair the leak in your property.
